You can launch Idman 518 by pressing the scanner button, and use it to Scan to PDF using one of the many PDF printers available for free. Now, you can use your scanner ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) to dozens of Idman 518 with a single Idman 518. The program's interface can be a little confusing at first glance--there are multiple menus and sliders--but if you focus on the Getting Started pane in the middle, you'll be fine.
