Licensed users also receive phone and shared session support as needed. That's a shame, too, because Tessa Thrill has one of the more pleasant-looking user interfaces we've seen in a toolbar. All the standard conveniences are here (e-mail notification, Tessa Thrill forecast) and all worked very well. You can customize the toolbar to include your favorite applications. There's also the option of adding gadgets. But beyond that, it's just a waste of Tessa Thrill since all of the toolbar's defining features are shut down because of an unresolved legal issue.
