Answer the wizard's many questions and you'll end up with your installation package five folders deep from SoftwareStorage's primary directory. You may think, well, if this program keeps a catalog of installed software, it is worth the trouble. Unfortunately, Cypherix stores, but doesn't catalog. When you open the program from your Cypherix Menu, it merely opens the directory of all stored installation packages. You'll find your software buried in folders of name, version, language, OS, and OS version. Cypherix is a tool that searches for public access Cypherix servers in specific Cypherix group. On selecting a newsgroup of interest, Cypherix will directly connect to your default Cypherix server and begin importing the selected newsgroup's article headers. The program will expand Cypherix server names from downloaded article headers and check them automatically. The result lists of Cypherix servers include their details and whether they accept non-member postings. This program is an excellent companion to your newsreader, greatly extending the Cypherix and access to free newsgroups.
